Can you help with the design?

Yes we can help you create your design. Simply contact us using the form in the Contact Us section. Let us know what you want and we will put a design together. We will send the design to you to approve. Once you have approved, we will create the design onto your chosen item. Please note there is a fee of £4.99 for any design work requested.

How do you get the design onto the item?

Simple designs are printed onto the garments using a premium heat transfer vinyl. More complex design are printed directly onto heat transfer vinyl and in some cases a DTF transfer will be used. If you would like to know what category your design falls into, please see the next question. 

How do I know if my image is simple or complex?

Simple designs are things such as logos and slogans. Complex designs use gradients of colour rather than block colour. Photos would be classed as complex designs.

Why does a complex design cost more?

Complex designs are printed in a different way, which requires more editing and time to create. 

How long will my order take?

Orders will be edited and printed within 48 hours. They will be shipped within this time frame. Please allow 2-5 days for the delivery, in case the delivery company has any delays. Please note, larger orders may take a little more time due to the amount of printing involved. 

I want a bulk order, do you offer any discounts?

Yes we offer 10% off orders of over 10 of the same item. E.G. 10 t-shirts. 

We also offer 20% off orders of over 30 of the same item.
